Job Summary: Assist the leadership team with legal issues regarding the business. Review legal documentation for accuracy and ensure the specified documentation will hold up in a court of law. Ensure Tozour Energy Systems is compliant in all areas, specifically regarding contract law and employment law.|
•Review, modify, and make available terms and conditions for Tozour Energy Systems sales and purchases.
•Review and modify selected Sales Agreements.
•Review and modify Separation Agreements and separation paperwork.
•Review and modify Manual of Policies and Procedures.
•Work with selected managers to review legal documentation related to the business.
•Review contracts and other legal documentation regarding jobs.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepares reports and correspondence, answers telephones and maintains files.
•Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, and fax, calculator, shredding machine, and copy machine.
•Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
•Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
•Other responsibilities as required.
