Position Summary: Under general supervision coordinates the law student and lateral recruiting process for select offices. Essential Functions: Recruiting
§ Posts associate openings for the DC, LA, and Asia offices using internal database and approved job boards.
§ Responds to potential candidate inquires and also drafts and sends correspondences.
§ Plans and attends social events; schedules and coordinates training programs and lunches for the annual Summer Associate Program.
§ Assists in the staff recruiting process including screening and testing candidates and New Hire Orientation.
§ Responds to questions concerning Human Resources issues or refers questions to appropriate individuals.
Tasks Performed: Recruiting
§ Assists with scheduling interviews and collecting attorney evaluation forms for lateral associate candidates.
§ Maintains and updates the recruiting database for the DC and LA offices, and firm-wide lateral partners.
§ Coordinates the DC On-Campus Interview (OCI) process; submitting registration materials to selected law schools; obtaining timely OCI dates; coordinates payments and reservations, scheduling candidates, and making travel arrangements.
§ Inputs and uploads data into HRIS system and maintains DC staff attendance records
§ Coordinates emergency preparedness training, update materials and distribute emergency gear to emergency personnel members.
§ Coordinates AED/CPR certification training
§ Other Duties as assigned
