This position will be primarily responsible for scheduling and managing multiple attorney calendars, travel arrangements, developing visual presentations as requested & maintaining departmental correspondence, subject files and contracts.

What will I be doing?
What are we looking for?
- Schedules and manages attorneys calendar and travel arrangements.
- Organizes and prioritizes incoming calls received for attorneys (re-routing or assisting callers as needed).
- Maintains departmental correspondence and subject files for the practice group.
- Takes meeting notes for the practice group.
- Creates and develops visual presentations as requested.
- Prepares expense reports.
- Pulls, researches or enters data into spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Monitors incoming emails, prioritizing issues and responding to any requests possible.
- Maintains contact lists and task lists for attorneys as necessary.

- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must have advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
