Introduction This position will be located in the Appeals Division in OKC, OK.

BASIC PURPOSE Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities for providing secretarial and administrative support to attorneys.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS The Legal Secretary job family consists of three levels which are distinguished by the complexity of the job assignments, the extent of the responsibilities and duties assigned, the level of expertise required for the completion of assigned tasks, and the responsibility for the leadership of others.

Level I:
This is the basic level where employees will be expected to perform only the most routine tasks. Employees will be expected to gain in-depth knowledge of the program of services being offered.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Level I:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of three years of experience performing a variety of complex clerical and typing work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Selection Plan Scores based on: 50% Written Test and 50% Typing Test
