Atlanta, GA - Financial Advisory Practice is seeking a fulltime licensed Client Service Manager. License requirements include Series 7, 66 and GA Life/Health. Key responsibilities include, general case management, processing and tracking business paperwork and resolving business issues, meeting preparation, calendar management, data entry, providing client service via phone and in person, executing trades/transactions, preparing correspondence, coordinating seminars, and responding to ad hoc requests as needed.
Successful candidates will be highly dependable, trustworthy, have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, organized, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, able to handle multiple responsibilities and consistently follow high standards of business/professional ethics when dealing with others and performing work activities. Exceptional time management skills will be necessary to succeed in this role. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in daily activities a must.
Qualified candidates will hold their Series 7, 66 and GA Life/Health licenses, possess an associate degree or higher, 2+ years of similar work experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and a desire to grow and learn in the industry.
