Coordinates with the Life Enrichment Director to support resident engagement in activities of their choice at Gray Birch and in the community.

Qualifications/Competencies :
Valid State of Maine driver’s license required.

Certified Activities Coordinator certification received through the Maine Department of Education preferred.

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred.

Current CNA status preferred. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred. Up to 1 year of related experience preferred. Alzheimer/Dementia Training
