Ecumen, the most innovative leader of senior housing and services, seeks a Life Enrichment Manager for our Seasons at Apple Valley community. Seasons at Apple Valley consists of 106 independent-living and assisted-living market rate rental apartment homes, as well as 28 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for planning, developing and providing quality Activity/Social Programs designed to assist residents in using their personal potential both physically and mentally. They develop and maintain an activities program which is reflective of the residents’ interests and spiritual needs along with leading activity groups and events involving all aspects of wellness.
Skills & Requirements
The Life Enrichment Manager position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a senior services or healthcare environment. In addition, proven customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and a high school diploma or GED are also essential and required for this position. The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player, have a commitment to serving seniors and the ability to demonstrate leadership, good judgment, and dependability. Licensed to operate a motor vehicle is required. The ability to work an occasional weekend or evening is also required.
