Large nationally recognized company is seeking an executive for their life products division. The division is expected to grow by 4 to 5 times in the next 2-3 years. The person in this role will be instrumental to the division's success.
Position will oversee the products performance by optimizing channel utilization; develop digital distribution models designed towards servicing. In addition, will insure work with various business partners in the life, investments and retirements departments to develop plans and strategies for demand generation.
The key skills that are needed or preferred include but are not limited to:
• 10+ years of product or high level marketing/ product management within life or investments.
Â• Multi Channel design or systems experience including technology platforms, applications and standards.
Â• Developed sales tools and processes to increase sales leads and improve conversions, including direct mail, sales cycle email support, traditional collateral, micro sites, case studies, and white papers.
Â• Expert in the areas of Business Case Management and CBA
Â• Knowledge of technical architecture and research methodologies
Â• Professional Financial Designation: CFP, ChFC, CLU
Â• Leadership of direct and non - direct reporting staff.
Â• Degree / Advanced Degree
