Seeking a self-motivated, driven & competitive team member. Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Make outgoing calls by responding to pre-qualified online requests for insurance product quotes (no cold calling)
- Find a solution/policy that fits each customer through a needs based analysis (agent will provide ongoing sales/product training)
- After completion of training period, maintain a minimum level of production.
Abilities for employment:
- 2+ years working in competitive sales environment preferred
- Comfortable working in a position that is commission based.
- Experience working in inside/outside sales, financial services is a plus
- Experience in influencing customers
- Life & Health License
- Polished and upbeat demeanor
