Join Grovo as a key member of our (new) Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for:

1) Working with Grovo's Growth Hacker and Product Team to define and implement a complete marketing operation, from off-site awareness and branding campaigns to in-product messaging.
2) Supporting the creation and administration of a custom CMS that will be the primary dashboard of Grovo "owned" marketing efforts.
3) Executing on marketing efforts across all major channels (SEO, social media, video, etc.) while discovering new opportunities to spread Grovo's message.
4) Being an essential part of our effort to bring Internet Education to a global audience.

It’s a critical role and reports to our Director of Product Management, Ajay Rajani, until we hire a Growth Hacker (VP of Performance and Acquisition Marketing).

Responsibilities

Work closely with Grovo's Product and Performance teams to develop testing and execution plans around all major product updates and releases. Provide feedback and specifications for the development and improvement of a custom-built marketing CMS. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every stage of the marketing conversion funnel. Track marketing performance in realtime across all channels. Implement procedures for optimizing marketing campaigns in response to specified performance indicators. Coordinate email campaigns with Product Marketing team, and develop procedures for optimizing performance (Subject line split testing, etc.) Continuously update User Segmentation based on improved user demographics (from Open Graph, Grovo profiles, etc.) Create testing procedures for all new product features and marketing initiatives. Track user retention and implement procedures to reduce customer churn. Seek out new opportunities to improve testing and analytics of marketing campaigns and product usage, including industry best practices, new marketing tools and products, etc.

Experience

3+ years experience in acquisition and performance marketing to consumers, with particular emphasis on a diversity of online channels, including SEO, SEM, display, social and mobile media. Experience implementing and administering marketing CMS systems, including landing page design and optimization and A/B split testing. Ability to translate marketing metrics and KPIs into insights about consumer desires and behavior. Analytical experience, including proficiency in Excel. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience managing online marketing campaigns in a competitive consumer market Demonstrated strength in execution and analysis Willingness to take on numerous roles and work with all members of the Grovo team.
