Calistoga Ranch, an Auberge Resort, is looking for a hospitality minded individual who would like to be part of a luxury resort and who has a 5 star service attitude. We are looking for a full-time candidate with 1-3 years minimum experience as a Line Cook, in a Fine Dining environment, preferably in a resort setting. California Food Handling certificate is required.

Our line cooks are responsible for planning, preparing, setting up, and providing high quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets on and off property. They maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of all food related work areas and equipment. This position reports to our Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Must be able to communicate in English with co-workers, guest and management.
