      • Assists with food production
      • Produces food for breakfast, lunch and catered events
      • Follows production sheets, portioning and merchandising details as instructed by sous chef
      • Follows recipes
      • Meet production deadlines and sets up misen place for station
      • Ensures consistent quality on all prepared food
      • Tastes all food prepared for station to ensure flavor, freshness and quality
      • Provides quick, courteous and efficient service daily
      • Continually seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience
      • Maintains kitchen equipment in prep areas and in station
      • Maintains clean and organized prep and station area
      • Follow proper rotation and storage of goods
      • Follows safety and sanitation procedures for compliance with all guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management

      • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
      • High school diploma
      • Culinary Training preferred
      • ServSafe certification
      • Minimum two year line cook experience
      • Clean professional appearance
      • Ability to move throughout the café and kitchen
      • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely
      • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
      • Must be able to stand a minimum of 6 hours a day
