The Line Cook accurately and efficiently cooks for hot food and cold food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropiate garnishes for all hot menu items plates. Must follow county, state and federal health and safety guidelines to assist in the successful operation of the casino restaurant. Previous restaurant experience required.
