DUTIES

Prepare high quality food to order for guests based on established guidelines. Responsible for proper set up and break down of dinner line, according to business. Prepares all pantry line items: i.e. salads, sandwiches, deserts; stocks all dressing and cold sauces in a quality and speedy fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Food Handlers Card Required. Knowledge of tools and equipment may include: Various cutlery, gas range, char-broiler, conventional oven, Bermixer, food processor, buffalo chopper, meat slicer, vertical chopping machine, steam table, various refrigeration/freezers. Need to posses and understand food preparation and portion control. Prepare high quality food to order for guests based on established guidelines.
