Responsible for planning, set-up, preparation and execution of quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Requirements

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Must be able to prioritize and organize, be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgement. Must understand guest's service needs, work as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Successful candidate must have 2 years experience as a Cook, preferably at a resort or restaurant, a food handling certificate, and be able to communicate effectively in English. A Certificate of Culinary training or apprenticeship is preferred.
