Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Basic to good knowledge of Gastronomy inclusive of fine dining
  • Prior fine dining culinary experience at the five star, five diamond level
  • Ability to handle service and stay organized in a busy restaurant
  • Ability to work a busy station
  • Great love of cooking
  • Ability to follow recipes
  • Fast learner with a desire to experience all the stations and cuisines
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the culinary department of a luxury hotel or restaurant and / or a culinary degree.
  • Ability to work within the guidelines of the Company's Fire, Life and Safety Program and transfer this knowledge to Colleagues.
  • Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
