Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Inspect all the food to make sure it is fresh, artistically arrange it on the plate and feel genuine pride in work.
Use creativity to find a unique solution for complex problem; demonstrate the use of “outside the box” thinking and/or a cutting edge approach; and get jazzed with the opportunity to be innovative and creative.
Othe duties as assigned by management.
Minimum 2 years culinary experience in fine dining restaurant.
Must be able to work flexible schedule including PMs, weekends, and overnights.
