* Cook meats by grade and temperature * Set up and prep workstation * Help other hot line stations in preparation and set up * Work safely and comply with the standard of non-negotiables * Proper cooking of pasta, fish, chicken and sauces * Complete prep and recipes according to standardized recipes and plate diagrams * Maintain correct weights and portioning sizes * Frying and vegetable cookery * Follow proper R & M of equipment * Maintain a clean and neat work area

Required Skills * Knowledgable of different types of meats and seafood * ServeSafe certified helpful * Great communication skills * Use of standardized recipes * Proper knife usage * Must be committed to our mission and culture

Required Experience 2+ years experience as a line cook in a similar busy environment * Must have an open availability
