Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen preparation area in accordance with established recipes. Responsible for particular duties of work station as assigned. This candidate is responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of work station. The cook may be assigned by the Chef, as necessary, to any of the positions in the kitchen.
High school diploma/GED Required. 1 year experience as cook in a large volume hotel or restaurant preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and able to obtain a NYS State Lottery Gaming and NY Racing & Wagering License.
