The Line Cook is responsible for assisting in preparing all types of food when needed while maintaining the highest quality and standards at all times.
Other responsibilities include working the line as assigned, putting away deliveries and following instructions on daily production sheets.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Minimum one year basic line cooking experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred. Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handler Certificate as required.
