We have already hired new cooks but the customers just keep coming! Still need one more experienced grill/broiler/saute cook! Do you have experience cooking the kinds of menu items that are listed below? Is your current job providing you with medical and dental insurance or an employer match to your 401k? Do you have paid vacation and sick time? Most of all, are you looking forward to starting your shift each day because you like where you work? Please consider applying for our line cook position. This is a great company and a great place to work. Please note that this is not a management position. We do not have an opening for a Sous Chef or a Kitchen Manager or an Executive Chef at this time. The position we have available is strictly an opening for line cook. This is an hourly, non-exempt position located at 1500 Opdyke Rd. in Auburn Hills (between the Palace and the Silverdome) north of the Hilton and Marriott hotels.

Here part of the dinner the menu our cooks are currently preparing. They need one more great line cook to join their ranks on the dinner shift. Do you have experience cooking the kinds of items on our menu below?

*Filet Mignon
An Eight Ounce hand cut filet mignon seasoned and grilled to perfection then served with our rosemary port sauce, whipped potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables

Nutty Chicken
Two boneless breasts of chicken dredged in our seasoned nutty flour then sautéed to a golden brown and served with our hazelnut cream sauce, rice du jour and fresh vegetables

O'Malley's Baby Back Ribs
A full rack of our tender slow baked ribs, grilled and glazed with a BBQ sauce that you will never forget! Served with French fries and Cole slaw

Rib and Chicken Combo
A half slab of tender baby back ribs and a five ounce breast of chicken slathered in our tangy BBQ sauce. Served with French fries and Cole slaw

Guinness Irish Beef Stew
Slow simmered chunks of beef tenderloin, sweet onions, carrots, red skin potatoes, in a savory Guinness beef stock. Served with a house salad and warm bread sticks.

*Rustic Rib-eye
A fourteen ounce select hand cut Rib-eye seasoned with kosher salt and cracked pepper then grilled to perfection. Garnished with a hand dipped onion ring. Served with baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Herb Marinated Chicken
Two boneless breasts of chicken marinated in olive oil, garlic, herbs and spices and finally char grilled. Served with rice du jour and steamed vegetables.

SEAFOOD & NOODLES

Dublin Bay Salmon
An eight ounce portion of Atlantic salmon grilled then finished with sweet/spicy BBQ Glaze. Served with fresh steamed vegetables and rice du jour.

Beer Battered Fish and Chips
Our hand dipped battered cod fried to a golden brown and served with French fries, house made tartar sauce and Cole slaw

Salmon Cakes
Two house made salmon patties grilled with seasonings and served with Cajun tartar sauce, rice du jour and vegetables.

Salmon Rockefeller
Our traditional Rockefeller recipe consisting of spinach, shallots, pernod, parmesan cheese, butter and bread crumbs stuffed in a filet of Atlantic Salmon then baked to perfection served with your choice of soup or salad, vegetables and rice du jour
Southern Style Sauteed Tilapia
Two farm raised Tilapia filets dredged in a Cajun flour then sautéed with spinach, green onions, tomatoes, garlic and chicken stock. Served with vegetables and rice du jour, as well as your choice of soup or salad

Rustic Italian Sausage Penne Pasta
Sweet Italian sausage simmered in our robust tomato sauce loaded with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and penne noodles.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine noodles delicately tossed with our house made garlic cream sauce. Served with your choice of soup or house salad.
