FuzeBox is the only video and web conferencing product in the world that runs on Linux. As a Linux Developer at FuzeBox, you’ll focus on GUI programming for our one-of-a-kind Linux client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Focus on graphics and user interface programming, and web development

Communicate technical subjects to a wide variety of audiences

Write code in C, C++, and Python

Work with a number of UI toolkits, such as Gtk+, Qt, Motif, HTML, XUL

Implement software or product enhancements

Fix software issues and code irregularities

Perform code maintenance, testing, and analysis

Correspond with team leaders or business stakeholders

Work with quality assurance teams

Complete project assignments

WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and 2-10 years experience

C/C++, Linux, and Qt experience are absolute MUSTS

Extensive experience in Linux software development, with focus on graphics and user interface programming, and web development

Good at communicating technical subjects to a wide variety of audiences

Languages - C and C++, Python

Platforms - Linux, including laptop optimization(Windows and Mac OS is a plus)

UI Toolkits - Gtk+, Qt, Motif, HTML, XUL

Creative, flexible, and quick to learn

BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related field

Understand object oriented programming and development

Have strong systematic skills

Be able to meet project deadlines

Be able to work on own initiative and be focused

Work with teams
