The Meat Clerk is responsible for meat preparation, filling of service and self-service counter cases, and providing exceptional service to customers shopping in the Meat Department.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent oral and written communications for dealing with customers, employees and vendors. Must be able to perform basic math computations. Must have dexterity of hands to enable the cutting and trimming of meats. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and push and pull in order to stock and merchandise and provide customer service. Culinary arts or cooking school certification preferred.
