The Litigation Support Coordinator will manage eDiscovery projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. The Litigation Support Coordinator must have broad experience in the lifecycle of electronic discovery, including collection, processing, review, production, case preparation and archiving.

Responsibilities:
Consult with legal teams, clients, vendors and other parties to determine the scope and nature of projects, and propose recommendations on how to achieve requested goals.
Provide assistance with Trial Support, including strategy and sitting 'hot seat' at trial.
Assist with billing and invoicing of vendors and external consultants.
Train attorneys and case teams on Litigation Support technology tools, and provide ongoing support and training.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable experience obtained in a law firm, vendor, or corporate eDiscovery environment.

Minimum (3) three years work-related Litigation Support experience.

In-depth understanding of the entire litigation support process, including but not limited to: Electronic discovery management; document production; database searching and reporting; scanning and coding procedures.

Must possess strong technical skills with all matters relating to eDiscovery, and have a solid understanding of legal challenges that projects may face.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, is required.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills required.

Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, including basic networking skills.

Technical Proficiency Requirements:
Knowledge of FRCP and EDRM principles and best practices

Proficient with Relativity, Concordance, Summation iBlaze, iCONECT or similar platform

Processing experience using LAW PreDiscovery

Early assessment technology

Predictive coding methodologies

Other technology-assisted review technologies (e-mail threading, near duplicate analysis, etc.)

Trial presentation technology tools such as Trial Director, Sanction or Digital WarRoom
