The Litigation Support Manager will manage department personnel, resources, and budget while providing client-facing litigation support and technical guidance.

Job Summary
  • Manage the Self Help organization comprising help desk and onsite support staff.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership to address and anticipate service requirements in a client-facing litigation support environment.
  • Provide technology guidance and understand related technical issues including networking, operating systems, backup and storage, and desktop support.
  • Manage project finances, personnel, and resources including two supervisors and 10 – 20 staff members.
  • Demonstrate litigation support vision and the ability to implement that vision in a complex technical environment.
Responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of litigation support applications and processes including automated litigation support tools, industry vendors, eDiscovery processes and concepts, and related legal and technical issues.
  • Extensive management experience with application management, user communication, training, and support programs.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills. Creative leader, value producer, and highly committed to solving problems.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience with DOJ litigation and government contract management.
