Overview:
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all litigation support aspects of multiple matters as assigned by the Director and/or Firmwide Litigation Support Manager. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for case team attorneys, paralegals, litigation support team members and vendors.

Job Functions:
Responsible for the management of all technology based projects from inception through implementation, and is the case team and client liaison.

Manage project timeliness, and monitor negotiated schedules and budgets when necessary.

Develop litigation support service budget estimates, write Requests For Proposals to vendors, analyze vendor proposal responses, and make recommendations to case teams.

Advise legal teams on database design.
Coordinate the set up and maintenance of in-house processing and review projects.

Coordinate in-house technical data management activities.

Assist with analyzing and testing new versions of litigation support software, and troubleshooting litigation support applications and databases when necessary.

Provide operation briefings to the Director and/or Firmwide Litigation Support Manager.

Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required.

5+ years Litigation Support Project Management Experience required.

Knowledge of the litigation process from initial filing through trial desired.

Experience with Relativity, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, CaseMap, Sanction and MS Access preferred.

Experience with electronic discovery processing systems and ECA tools preferred.

Basic hardware and network systems knowledge.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.

Proven successful Project Management implementation, strong leadership skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment working under strict deadlines.

Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and ability to travel is necessary.

Clearance of firm standard background checks required.
