Responsible for loading loan information from the mortgage file, retrieving loan files from the loan origination department. Responsible for construction modifications and billings, assumptions, bi-weekly agreements and other types of written loan modifications.

Associates degree and one to two years of business experience or two years related experience
·
Previous residential mortgage lending experience
·
General computer skills
·
Able to multi-task and work within deadlines
·
Good customer contact experience in a financial service environment preferred
Primary Activities

Loads loan information from mortgage file.
·
Upon receipt of documentation, reviews documents for completeness and “verifiable” information. Resolves inconsistencies through contact with document originator. Establishes necessary process for receiving complete and correct documentation.

Follow up on requested documentation not received in timeframe necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
·
Responsible for construction modifications and billings, assumptions, bi-weekly agreements, as well as all other types of written loan modifications.
·
After mortgage loans have been loaded, make sure all required information loaded into servicing system has been checked for accuracy.
