Loan Documentation Specialist
Record mortgage, deeds of trust, satisfactions, certificates of release, and assignments with County Agency and process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
Review clients mortgage packages/documents to determine the accuracy of the borrower's information that were received & filed, compare to the lender & county registered notarized copied documents.
Processes paid in full mortgage releases and satisfactions based on state and county specific regulations.
3-6 months of Previous mortgage experience in Mortgage Recording, Lien Perfection, Post Closing, or Final Documents Required
Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail are crucial
Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
Starting pay: $13/hour, DOQ and experience.
