POSITION SUMMARY: Answer the telephone and co-ordinate communications between HomeStreet Customers and Loan Officers. Provide customers with basic servicing information on their loans and refer them to their Loan Officer when appropriate. Assist with administrative tasks, operations functions, and/or marketing efforts as required. Perform order out functions for loan files.
