The successful individual will leverage their knowledge and experience to:
Creating file folders when borrowers return documents or loan locks
Printing and mailing loan packages to borrowers
Ordering verifications of employment and deposit and verbal VOE's
Prepare pre-approval packages for processors
Order credit report updates
Order appraisals, flood certificates and GEO codes
Order PMI Certificates
Update Lending System when documents are received
Deliver to appropriate loan file
The accomplished individual will possess:
1-2 years experience in a variety of clerical functions
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work well on a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
A self managed style that does not require hands on management
The ideal candidate should have:
High school diploma required
College education preferred
