Job Description:
As a mortgage Loan Processor you will process and prepare purchase mortgage loans (FHA,VA,Conv,USDA) under various loan programs in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing all documents thoroughly against loan conditions before submitting loan files to underwriting. In addition, the Loan Processor provides consistent communication and coordination with loan originators, buyers, escrow agents and the homebuilder throughout the loan process.

Solid proficiency processing government and conventional loans


Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements

Loan Processors are required to complete an essential, comprehensive prerequisite training program.


Applicants should possess the following:
Strong customer service skills

Detail oriented

Ability to multi-task

Good oral and written communication skills


Minimum High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's Degree preferred (Finance, Business, Math)
