Self Opportunity has partnered with one of the nation's leading restaurant companies in search of a Local Marketing Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow revenue and sales at the local level
Aggressively work restaurant trade areas to identify and create profitable local relationships with the community
Responsible for local execution of all regional and local events and promotions
EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years recent, successful Sales experience is required, including cold calling experience
Marketing experience at the local/regional level preferred
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Full-service restaurant experience preferred (working in any position)
Must be able to work outside and on feet for extensive amounts of time
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends for marketing events
Willing be willing to travel (drive) frequently in the local area
Bachelors degree preferred
Position pays up to $19.25 per hour.
Position is long-term contract.
This is a full-time position, up to 40 hours per week, including some weekends.
Will be reimbursed 55.5 cents per mile for personal vehicle utilization, 50 cents per hour worked for cell phone reimbursement, $20 per day for meal reimbursement
Position is home-based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
