DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all Catering Sales programs-Catering Sales Should be a Minimum 10% of Sales
DUTIES

  • Develop Catering manual and catering systems and toolsoResponsible for training managers on systemsoDevelop ongoing catering promotions and seasonal eventsoDevelop and implement new and innovative catering tacticsoMonitor ongoing Catering Sales and Program ExecutionoProvide Input on Creative and Marketing materials*Responsible for Developing, Implementing and Training Local Store Marketing ProgramsoDevelop LSM Manual with a full suite of sales building and brand building tacticsoDevelop individual sales tactics and proof them up in the field. These would include: &61607;Fundraisers&61607;Group Sales/B to B Sales&61607;Direct Area Marketing (ex: mall employees)&61607;Loyalty Programs&61607;Holiday Promotions&61607;Gift Cards&61607;Grand Openings&61607;Meal Period Promotions-Breakfast , Dinner, etc.&61607;Events and LTO's*Develop LSM manual for Company and Franchise Stores*Develop New Store Opening Marketing Strategy*Maintain and Manage In-store marketing brand set, displays and materials*Assist in developing sales plans for problem stores*Ensure proper execution of all Marketing programs at the store level - loyalty, E-club, etc.*Assist the operators in the logistics of ordering and tracking marketing materials, menus, and POP.
QUALIFICATIONS
