Manages operations within the location to maximize return on investment through; optimizing Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, deploy Marketing Plan, growing profitable new and used complete good sales, Parts sales and Service sales exercising disciplined expense control, attracting, retaining and developing outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel. Ultimately resulting in the highest customer experience levels.


  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective company processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Assists in the development of company goals and location budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives with input from both the VP of Marketing and the COO.
  • Executes company marketing plan and reviews progress monthly to ensure achievement of location goals while maintaining financial metrics for all departments.
  • Takes the lead in sharing best practices of your location and assist in implementing common processes throughout the organization.
  • Maintains the complete goods pricing strategy to achieve budgeted sales, market share and financial objectives.
  • Follow the Sales Process. Develops and manages a customer relationship process that includes; the interaction with the customer base, customer profiling and classification, call scheduling and target marketing to realize after the sale and a minimum of 90% Customer Satisfaction.
  • Exercises appropriate decision making authority to ensure the organization moves forward in implementing the business plan in achieving its objectives for their location.

  • Recruits, hires, develops and retains key talent by maintaining a current Internal Depth Chart, Hiring Plan and an individual development plan.
  • Ensures that the business’ reputation and image in the community is consistent with its objectives and that business relationships with all stakeholders are not compromised.
  • Maintain positive on-going relationship with all existing and new customers to consistently build a base of customers who are happy and recommend the company to others.
  • Facilitates location and department meetings to ensure good communication to all.
  • Manage the efficient use of both physical resources and man power as needed to achieve set metrics and goals.
  • Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location responsible.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience

    Technical Knowledge and Skills:
    • Basic computer skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Ability to work varying shifts, weekend, extended hours, and holidays
    • Must maintain a valid driver’s license with insurable drivers record
    • Must have extensive knowledge of equipment safety procedures

    Working Conditions:
    • Office conditions
    • Work Shop conditions
    • Lifting of 75 pounds

    Travel Requirements:

    Minimal as needed
