E= Essential Functions

Supervise locker room, weight room, restrooms and other athletic areas during school hours and provide general supervision of students outside of aforementioned areas. E
Issues, maintains inventory, stores, cleans and sanitizes athletic equipment, uniforms and supplies. E
Clean and sanitize locker room, weight room, restrooms and other athletic areas in order to maintain facilities in a clean and orderly condition. E
Conducts regular inventory of uniforms, athletic equipment and supplies for the purpose of identifying losses and/or initiating purchase requests according to equipment and supply needs. E
Assists in preparing fields, courts and other facilities for physical education, athletic events and activities. E
Maintain alertness for problems likely to disrupt the educational process; corrects and reports activities that are harmful to the health and safety of students, parents, staff and the community. E
Establish a positive working relationship with staff, students, parents and the community. E
Refer students to appropriate staff in cases of flagrant or repeated violations of school rules. E
Intervene appropriately in situations likely to result in disruption or injury and refer to the Dean of Students for appropriate procedures for student conduct. E
Adjust schedule to accommodate assignment to a variety of student activities. E
Uphold school culture at all times. E
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. E
Work independently. E
Perform related duties as assigned. E Must attach following documents to be considered:
Resume, letter of introduction and 3 letters of recommendation.

Required upon hire: completed live scan, current negative TB Test and CPR/First Aid certification

Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to high school graduation and three years of recent, full-time or equivalent part-time experience.

Working Conditions:

School and surrounding campus; indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions; all areas of a school campus including fields, hallways, classrooms, and restrooms, etc.

Physical requirements
Hearing and speaking to exchange information; seeing to perform assigned duties, walking, sitting or standing for extended periods of time; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment; kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, bend at the waist, reach overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally to retrieve and store supplies; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
