Description:
Proactively manage ePOP ordering system, including SKU setups, category changes, inventory adjustments, and report creation & analysis.
ePOP = an online ordering system for the field sales people (who are located thoughout the US). ePOP is similar because it houses the photos, prices, etc. of the merchandising racks used for the company.
1) Proactively manage ePOP ordering system, including SKU setups, category changes, inventory adjustments, and report creation & analysis.
2) Analyze inventory levels and build containers for JIT warehouses, taking into account overall inventory levels, historical use by geographic region, and expected usage.
3) Create combined inventory report by gathering accurate and timely data from suppliers.
Required Qualification:
Minimum 3+ years experience
Strong computer skills, ability to quickly learn and master a custom application.
Analytical aptitude; be able to separate and categorize data, then apply logic to make decisions.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
Strong math skills
Good communication and follow-up, both with external suppliers and internal teams.
