Currently recruiting for the 11:30 - 8pm M-F shift.
Works within the Logistics Department to facilitate the End of Use process for patients when they are finished wearing the device. End of uses are initiated either through telephonic or email communications. The End of Use requires that all serialized components are captured and recorded. This is all followed by the subsequent efforts to have the equipment returned to ZOLL. Equipment is recovered by utilizing an effective channel for return that is both cost effective and time sensitive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accepts inbound calls from patients, physicians, and field staff to begin the End of Use process and triage as necessary based on responses Make outbound calls to patients when there is a three month gap in compliance to determine EOU reason or an email request by the field to end use
Handle administrative tasks of appropriately coding EOU and creating a return goods order for all serialized equipment that is to be returned
Facilitate the return of equipment from the patient back to ZOLL, including the scheduling of UPS , providing labels, or face to face pick up by field representative
Utilize skip trace software and engage outside sources to locate a patient and/or equipment
Review Call Reports to follow up on equipment that was exchanged in the field but has not been returned
Manage patient records to specified time frames depending on roll within department
Other RGO related tasks as assigned by Logistics Lead/Manager of Logistics
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Requires an Associate’s Degree or 2-3 years of experience in the customer service field.
Computer literate with strong MS Office suite experience.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
