Minimum Skills/Certifications:
This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five years work related experience or a Master's degree and three years work related experience in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Skills:
Specific Acquisition Logistics experience with the DoD is highly desired.

The following knowledge and experience is also desired:
Proven DoD Acquisition Logistics experience that encompasses the ten Integrated Logistics Support Technical disciplines.

Proven experience in executing a wide range of Logistics analyses to include, but not limited to, Requirements Analysis, Reliability and Maintainability analysis, Budget and Life-Cycle Cost analysis, and Logistics Support Analysis.

Specific knowledge of DCGS-MC requirements, architecture, concept of operation, and operational employment.

Specific knowledge and experience with Marine Corps Logistics policies, regulations, processes, procedures, and requirements.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, & Essential Job Functions:
This task will support the requirements associated with conducting a Provisioning effort for the Transition Switch Module (TSM) and follow-on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) efforts.

The deliverables of this task includes, but is not limited to the following:

Provisioning Plan.

Provisioning Performance Schedule.

Provisioning and Other Pre-Procurement Screening.

Supplemental Data for Provisioning.
Provisioning Parts List.

Provisioning Parts List Index.

Additional tasks may include:
Conduct concurrent engineering forums with the program staff and decide on supportabililty design requirements for inclusion into systems design.

Determine program supportability procedures and prepare supportability plans in logistics technical disciplines.

Guide and direct subcontractors in the logistics technical disciplines.

Establish automated logistics support analysis databases and coordinate implementation and maintenance of databases with customers.

Analyze program designs to determine support equipment needed to operate and maintain systems.

Identify support equipment which best satisfy program requirements at the lowest life-cycle costs.

Conduct supportability trade-off studies in the ten logistics technical disciplines to determine alternate support concepts within cost parameters.

Resolves supportability issues and risks to ensure systems are supportable when fielded.

Analyze and resolve difficult and complicated program support deficiencies.

Assist in delivering presentations to management and/or the customer.

Provide functional and logistical guidance to less experienced logisticians.

Organize and lead assigned sections of major program reviews, design reviews, and proposals.

Analyze existing systems to define and develop logistics requirements.

Support the development or update of applicable acquisition documents.

Coordinate and collaborate with System Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.

Support the analysis and evaluation of user requirements to define problems, data availability, and system design issues.
