Logistics Support Specialist

Acquire the full range of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services required to support PMW 770 programs and projects. Support PMW 770 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) in both development and sustainment phases. Focus on assisting in the preparation, development and maintenance of program specific logistics acquisition and sustainment documents and products.

Provide heavy documentation support to meet Defense logistics milestones throughout product development

Drafts logistics documents for review:
o Users Logistics Support Summaries (ULSS)
o Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP)
o Item Unique Identification Plan (IUID)
o Charters (Fleet Support Team - FST) (Integrated Logistics Support Management Team - ILSMT)
Attend/participate/facilitate/host various logistics meetings, take minutes and capture action items
Responsible for tracking submarine communications technical issues
Working with various government databases to gather and maintain information
Interface with Naval Supply (NAVSUP)/Defense Logistics Agencies and other Government logistics supply agencies

Two (2) years of experience doing heavy documentation and working with multiple databases simultaneously
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Prior experience with logistics support is a plus

Capable of using standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS Project)
