We are looking to hire a Lombardi BPM Technical Lead that will collaborate with Senior Management to create BPM solutions and deliver on client functional and non-functional requirements.
As Capco Lombardi Technical Lead within our Technology team, you will:
Contribute to solution development in the areas of process flow, business logic and user interface.
Demonstrable experience in the areas of process discovery and optimization, requirements management and solution architecture and design (that focused on BPM and SOA)
Apply business concepts such as key process indicators, service level agreements, metrics and reporting to solutions.
Control the flow of process execution, decision making and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications.
Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Information Systems, and/or Business preferred.
7 years or more overall experience in Information Technology
2+ years developing business processes using Lombardi, WebSphere Lombardi Edition, Lombardi
Management of a small to mid-sized team is a plus
Familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies
Availability to travel extensively
