Seterus, Inc. is seeking a Loss Mitigation Team Lead who will manage agents that are responsible for the Loss Mitigation Call function. The Loss Mitigation Team Lead will ensure all controls and metrics are met monthly and will follow all IBM/Seterus processes.

2 years Collections experience
6 months experience in a leadership role
1 year Mortgage Servicing experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in Collections
- At least 6 months experience in a leadership role
- At least 1 year experience in Mortgage Servicing
- Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
- English: Fluent
