A Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for proactive prevention of shortages caused by internal theft, external theft, fraud, and paperwork errors.
Perform camera surveillance, detecting and apprehending shoplifters, and detecting and investigating dishonest employees
Perform operational audits, enforcing merchandise protection standards, conducting awareness training and respond to all calls of emergency in the store
Investigate fraud, opening and closing the store, and providing physical security
Performs additional tasks as required
High school diploma or GED required. Individual must pass a criminal background check and credit check. Investigators must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
