Supervises staff to conduct and resolve theft investigations.
Identifies and resolves shrink control deficiencies.
Supervises a staff to effectively execute the Loss Prevention activities within assigned district which controls shortage.
Oversees protection of all company assets.
Fosters Loss Prevention’s partnership with district and store management to identify shrink priorities.
Develops store shrinkage reduction strategies and coordinates plan with District Manager.
Conducts store visits and audits to ensure Loss Prevention and Shrink Controls are in effect.
Communicates feedback to District and store management.
Oversees and delivers LP training, orientations and performance reviews.
Supports Company values through associate and community relations: Customer Service, Open Door, Diversity, Legal Relations and Safety.
Focuses on retention through developmental coaching and maintaining associate morale.
Strong knowledge of Loss Prevention Methods
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
4 - 6 years retail Loss Prevention experience
