Lotus Notes System Administrator This individual will need to be an SME and gone through this type of an upgrade Hand over a lot of support documentation so they will have a lot of documentation requirements Day to day will be supporting this project This will be purely administration installing servers performing upgraded They will be supporting a legacy notes environment that is being moved and being upgraded to the latest version (85) Top Technical Must Have Skills Lotus NotesDomino Administration experience Understanding of Domino architecture and required infrastructure Extensive and advanced handson troubleshooting skills on Domino and Lotus Notes Clients Expert knowledge in Domino concepts such as replication archival journaling routing and clustering Support of Domino development Top Technical Nice to Have Skills Previous experience going through a Notes upgrade would be ideal Experience in Lotus NotesDomino 8x a plus or 85 Experience a plus SMTP Internet email Expert knowledge in internal and internet email routing concepts and MailMarshal content filtering software Mobile wireless experience – BES Project Methodologies would be a plus Soft Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience documenting requirements in a clear concise form Ability to research and learn new software and adapt to changes in technology Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
