Assist and oversee day-to-day support activities for IT services for messaging/collaboration software or services and physical device hardware or software installations, upgrades and maintenance activities. Support departmental projects. Manage to financial and resource estimates. Provide input on technology directions and process or cost improvement efforts. Lead project and maintenance tasks. Provide status updates to peers and management. Provide Tier-3 server hardware & software problem resolution services.
24x7 On-Call rotation support required
Experience Requested:3-5 years experience with one or more of the following :
IBM/Lotus Domino/Notes 7.x
Microsoft Exchange (2010) and Active DirectoryOutlook
Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010
Email Spam filtering software
Email archive and retrevial software/hardware
Email encryption software/hardware
