We are currently accepting resumes for a Lotus Notes Administrator in Marysville, OH .
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
Monitor and support activities for all Notes requests
Resolve various Lotus Notes client issues via ticket escalation and phone support
Utilize Notes First Aid (local resource) for troubleshooting Notes
Support Notes 8.5 applications, Mail and SameTime
Perform password restores for Lotus Notes platform
Follow all policies, procedures and guidelines established for Infrastructure Services department
Follow management escalation procedures for all problems that have significant impact to company business
Communicate clearly and effectively to others
Document all calls received and/or worked on
Attend required company / department team meetings
Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete before leaving
Read and respond to all email at least three times daily
Respond to voice mail clear and concise via e-mail, phone, and paperwork
Update and maintain Training documents and knowledgebase material
Required Skills and Experience:
Two years experience with Domino Administration (Version 6 or Higher)
Two years experience with Security, Catalogs and DB Maintenance
Two years experience in Windows XP configurations
Two years experience in MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Two years experience within Microsoft Networking and Support (Active Directory, WINS, TCPIP)
Possess excellent customer service skills
Capable of rudimentary client and database configurations
Capable of database and access control list administration
Able to perform duties with limited supervision
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Technical Writing Skills
Business Communication skills (email etiquette)
