Job Description : Position Summary: Provide full lifecycle client and web software application documentation, development and support. Creating, recreating, documenting, and supporting client-server and web applications and components from conceptual exploration, system planning and requirements gathering phases, through design and testing, production, maintenance and termination phases. Development includes taking a comprehensive, modern, best practices approach to coding and programming presentation-tier, middle-tier and data-tier components to include integrated functionality with the relational database backend. This work will require close integration and technical direction from members of the software development team. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: • Providing user support and defect resolution; • Completely document all regionally developed systems/applications; • Maintain, support and plan for the redevelopment of legacy applications, including legacy PowerBuilder applications; • Provide database architectural and design capabilities; • Manage and administer e-mail messaging systems and their corresponding or associated software and hardware; • Install, configure, and initiate Lotus Notes/Domino software; • Add, remove, certify, and move new or existing end-user accounts and administer permissions and access rights. • Administer messaging systems access and support efforts for remote users; • Monitor and analyze e-mail system activities to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability; • Identify and resolve problems affecting messaging systems performance
Job Requirements : Qualifications/Skill and Knowledge: At least three (3) years experience in and that can demonstrate expertise and abilities in the following areas specific to the Lotus Notes software/application development and administration • Expert skill levels with Lotus Script, Domino, Domino.Doc., JavaScript, Java, Notrix, DECS (Domino Enterprise Connection Services), DHTML (Dynamic Hyper Text Markup Language), Lotus Administration, and other programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++, and other Mid-level programming languages; • Working with cross-platform (Oracle, SQL Server) data access programming tools and objects including Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI) "Direct Transfer" and "Replication" functionality; • Lotus Notes Application Development and Administration • National Agency Check (NAC) required
