The projects are two core Customer Group Component initiatives to aggregate and integrate data sources across the customer into a single framework and to provide situational awareness to senior Component leadership. The selected Lotus Notes Expert will work on the integration and support of a legacy Notes based system into a few new high profile Sponsors systems. The selected candidate will apply his/her development experience of systems integration in combination with Agile practices in order to help the development team continuously innovate and incrementally deliver system functionality. Also this may include developing the information exchange and integration of other non-Notes systems. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for determining the appropriate data models, transformational technologies, and algorithms needed to advance Component tradecraft.
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
2. Masters Degree preferred.
10-15 years of related software development experience
The candidate must have the ability to work in a mixed technical environment and maintain productivity when switching between languages or technologies. The candidate must work well in a team environment and have the desire to develop software in an agile fashion. The candidate must also be able to communicate well within the development team and externally to both management and other organizations.
