Experience Required
The candidate will collaborate with the internal client community to understand the existing design of Lotus Notes and Domino environment. In addition to assisiting application migration, the candidate will assist in developing requirement and design documents for planend migration of Lotus Notes app to Sharepoint 2010. The candidate will attend requirement gathering meetings, collaborate with documentation, and provide assistance in the training of the applications developed. Since the work location is at the client site, the candidate will have constant contact with the client.to delivery with a high degree of credibility.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years direct/hands-on experience with Lotus Notes and Domino.
Minimum 1-3 years in Lotus Notes/Domino Database Administration
Preferably 2-4 years extensive experience with, Lotus Script, Lotus Formula Language, JavaScript, HTML and other web technologies as needed
Preferably 2-4 years demonstrated experience with: requirements gathering, system design documents, and creating Lotus Notes applications
Preferably 2-4 years demonstrated experience developing, designing, and programming Domino applications
Ability to develop deliverables including requirements document.
Ability to work with business and technical resources at multiple levels within the client organization
Should be familiar with SharePoint 2010.
Should have experience of migration of Lotus Notes to any other platform.
Strong Leadership quality - managing offshore team and driving the whole project according the timelines
Generic Managerial Skills
:
Excellent Analytical Skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills.
Education
Bachelor degree in business management, computer science or related field.
