Title: Lotus Notes Domino Applications System Consultant/Project Manager
Location: Northern CA/West Sacramento
Duration: September 15th – July 15th (10Months) possible extension

One of MCT’s Clients is in need of an individual with the following skills and experiences to project lead the migration of Lotus Notes Domino Applications to an existing or chosen platform
Ability to coordinate and work with vendors, internal Client’s Medical Center IT staff to ensure technical hardware, infrastructure and network is configured and installed for existing or new platform
Project management and/or project lead experience required.
Proven ability to create and maintain project management documentation, including detailed project plans, charters/scope documents and issues and risk management is required.
Experience in gathering and analyzing data, producing user requirements and leading and coordinating end user workgroups is required.
Experience with Lotus Notes Applications is preferred.
Hands-on experience in building, testing, trouble shooting and implementation experience preferred.
Experience in conversion, interface mapping and data analysis is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in the area of documenting operational workflows is preferred.
Experience documenting new processes is preferred.
Provide project leadership and detailed analysis for the Lotus Notes Domino Applications migration/replacement.
Lead meetings with vendors, IT Staff and End Users/stakeholders from other departments. Document minutes, follow up steps, issues and key decisions.
Track project progress, identify and document issues, risks and barriers to success, communicate issues to vendors, IT stakeholders and Financial Applications Manager. Escalate issues as needed.
Document current and future workflows for each application identified.
Assist technical team in conversion mapping or data analysis
Ensure test scenarios are adequately documented and thorough testing is performed
Document maintenance and monitoring processes to ensure business continuity.
Provide documentation and training to transfer knowledge and operational support to the impacted areas of operations and Project Team.
